Where we ship
For launch, Scooop Clothing ships within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are normally packed and handed off to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal and major holidays.
Shipping rates
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 for orders under $29.
- Free Standard Shipping: orders of $29 or more. Two $14.99 shirts qualify.
- Express Shipping: $15.00.
Delivery estimates
Standard U.S. delivery is typically about 3–7 business days after the carrier receives the package. Express delivery is typically faster, but carrier delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you’ll receive it with your shipping confirmation.
Address problems and carrier delays
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us quickly and we’ll try to fix it before the package leaves. Once an order is with the carrier, delays and routing issues can be outside our control, but we’ll help where we reasonably can.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, use our Contact page with your order number and the details. We’ll work with you on the next step.
